LEADERS...

In this world there are leaders and followers.. which one are you.. 

me and my friends were talking bout how we saw J LO at the grove the other night and my friends and I who are all involved in different fields of entertainment were inspired by her appearance in different ways.. 

To some of the people there in the crowd.. were either star struck..envious.. or just wishing that they were her.. or just wishing that they could be in her position.. 

We on the other hand.. were thinking about her circle.. how her manager was working.. how she presented herself.. at the same time.. what our next steps are gonna be in regards to our career.. what we need to to do  to get us to another level.. and maybe to the level of where she stands..  who do we need to bring into our circle to create a team thats just as solid and untouchable..  that's where our mind set was watching her in her continued success.. 

I'm sure there were some people there just like us.. but the majority were not.. 

There are people out there with dreams that they never took a step to try and fulfill.. there are those who tried .. failed and gave up.. and there are those who keep going and continue seeing the big picture.. 

Fear, doubt and not believing in one self is a terrible part of human nature that if people are not aware  of .. they will stay in that one spot forever.. 

people like J lo started at the very same place all of us will start in .. the difference is the path that was chosen.. what's crazy is that all of us have a chance to choose and go forth.. and there are so many different paths to choose from .. 

I hear a lot of people say.. how did he make it.. or she.. they're not that great.. or that good, that beautiful that talented, bla bla bla.. most are just haters.. but there may be some people at the top that are probably not as good a singer as you or as good looking as you but yet your thinking.."why the hell am i still here".. i should be up there i should be doing what they're doing i'm better i'm more talented etc etc haha ;)

complaining comparing and judging is not gonna get us too far or budge at all.. the question is.. what are your plans and goals in order to open doors to step into... 

I sure as hell have my moments that could weaken me if i don't pull myself together and work at times... I have a great vision of my career and success and relationships... that i believe in and see it too much to ever stop what i love doing.. 

start believing in what you do.. in what you are.. envision.. challenge yourself to take yourself to that other level in whatever it is you are trying to accomplish. Not everyone wants the same things.. so everyone has their space waiting for them to move into.. set your goals.. your plans.. be excited about it. shoot fall a couple times we all will .. but hurry and get back up and continue strong.. .. be A LEADER in your life..  its sooo much more fun! ;)
